Tour Sales and Administration
Galina's Tour Sales and Administration team provide each group leader with a named direct contact who can offer advice and deal with all aspects of your tour. If you have a tour-related question or problem, our Tour Administrators are here to help. Once you have booked, you will be allocated your own Tour Administrator who will assist you and be your main point of contact. They will make all the necessary reservations from your Channel crossing to your accommodation and venues. On your return, your Tour Administrator will send you a questionnaire to gather valuable feedback from you and your group and see what plans you may have for future tours. We take your comments and suggestions seriously and will use these to amend and improve your itinerary for next year’s tour.
Tour Development
Our Tour Development team regularly meet to review what we offer. We have a network of specialist Tour Consultants who assist in the development of new tours  and training of our sales and administrative team.We regularly engage the services of new Tour Consultants to help us carry out the on-going review of our tours and itineraries.
Tour Delivery
Galina have a very high number of repeat bookings due to the high level of satisfaction experienced by our clients. Every questionnaire is read by our Operations Manager who then ensures that 'success is repeated'. We demand very high standards not only from our own staff but from our coach drivers, guides and accommodation suppliers. Safety, comfort and value for money are key to a successful Galina tour. We know how important a friendly, helpful and flexible guide and coach driver can be in achieving that success. We take extra care in the allocation of both guides and drivers. The fact that our clients keep requesting (and whenever possible, getting) the same driver and guide every time they travel suggests that most of the time we get it right. We contact clients regularly with information about our tours, via e-mail and post. An easy way to keep informed is by joining our very active social media communities. Any queries clients may have regarding the payment of a deposit or settling a balance can be dealt with by our Finance Department, currently led by Karen Smart. She will be happy to help with any queries you may have with regards your tour finances and can assist with questions relating to any travel insurance you may have booked.

Our Tour Administrators are also on hand to give up to date information on payment schedules.
